$55,0001 - $250,000 (0.010 x Price of Home) - $275
$250,001 - $400,000 (0.015 x Price of Home) - $1525

 Land Transfer Tax Rebates: First Time Home Buyers

If you are a first time home buyer in Ontario you are eligible for rebates for Provincial Land Transfer Tax. If two people are going on title together, both parties must be buying for their first time. Provincial Land Transfer Tax 1st Time buyer rebate maximum $2,000.
